The ESG Committee, composed of professionals of different seniority and members of staff, is responsible for integrating environmental, social and governance factors into the firm's strategy, ensuring adequate oversight and coordination of activities aimed at achieving sustainable development goals. To this end, it selects and supports – on an annual basis – projects dedicated to people and communities in need as well as to environmental protection, through monetary contributions and the development of volunteer programmes, and contributes to the promotion of a sustainability-oriented culture both within and outside the firm. The Committee is renewed annually on a voluntary basis, taking into account the principles of diversity and ensuring the participation of professionals and employees of the firm at all levels of seniority.
