Alessia Keissidis

Senior counsel

Alessia has specific experience in advising insurers, reinsurers and intermediaries on all aspects of insurance law, including regulatory, contractual and corporate governance matters. Her advice ranges from the regulation of insurance operations, drafting and distribution of insurance products, insurance outsourcing, bancassurance, handling licensing/authorization procedures before the competent supervisory authority (IVASS); assisting in investigatory and supervisory proceedings conducted by the competent regulatory authority (IVASS); litigation with specific reference to life insurance policies with financial content.

Alessia served as a independent Non-Executive Director of Banco di Sardegna S.p.A. (Gruppo BPER), Emil.Ro Factoring (Gruppo BPER), Intermonte SIM S.p.A. and Intermonte Partners SIM S.p.A. (listed company), where she also served as member of the Controls, Risks and Sustainability Committee, Remuneration Commitee and as a member of the Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 (Organismo di Vigilanza 231).
