Alessia Keissidis

Alessia has more than 20 years of experience in advising insurers, intermediaries on all aspects of insurance activity, including regulatory, contractual and corporate law matters.
Her advice ranges from the regulation of insurance business operations, drafting and distribution of insurance products, and insurance outsourcing.
She regularly advises on regulatory matters; product design (with main focus on life insurance class III with financial content and PIR); litigation with specific reference to the obligations of the insurers regarding life insurance policies with financial content (unit linked); as well as investigation procedures carried out by Italian regulators (IVASS).
Alessia served as a independent Non-Executive Director of Banco di Sardegna S.p.A. (Gruppo BPER), Emil.Ro Factoring (Gruppo BPER), Intermonte SIM S.p.A. and Intermonte Partners SIM S.p.A. (listed company), where she also served as member of the Controls, Risks and Sustainability Committee, Remuneration Commitee and as a member of the Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 (Organismo di Vigilanza 231).
