Andrea Taurozzi

Salary Partner

Andrea Taurozzi started his career at Nctm's Rome office before joining Latham & Watkins in 2011. From 2014 he was with Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners, where he made partner in 2018.

As from July 2021 he is salary partner of the Firm.

Andrea specialises in banking and finance and his practice covers both domestic and cross-borders acquisitions, leveraged finance and private equity transactions, as well as corporate finance, real estate finance, sport finance and refinancing deals. He is also well versed in restructurings and insolvencies. Among his clients are Italian and international banks, private equity funds, financial sponsors and industrial groups.
