His main focuses are M&A and debt restructuring transactions. In the M&A sector he handles acquisitions and dismissals of stakes and going concerns, joint ventures, leveraged buy outs and private equity transactions. In the debt restructuring sector, he has gained significant experience in all types of out-of-court restructuring.

Claudio is also active in the distressed M&A, special situations and real estate extraordinary transactions.
