Giacomo Colombo
Salary Partner
Giacomo provides legal advice on M&A, corporate and financial restructuring, banking and finance. He consistently assists banks and financial institutions, investment funds and industrial groups in complex corporate reorganisation and extraordinary transactions, insolvency proceedings, restructuring and turnarounds.
He has gained significant experience in all types of restructuring, both out-of-court and in court, and in any kind of distressed and special situations investments.
Since January 2023 he is salary partner of the Firm.
Before joining the Firm in 2017, Giacomo Colombo worked with Giovanardi Studio Legale and then with Chiomenti.
