Salary Partner

Maria Milano started her professional activity in 2003.

She worked for Lombardi Molinari e Associati (subsequently Lombardi Molinari Segni), becoming partner of the firm in 2016.

Since January 2017 she has been a salary partner of the Firm.

Her practice focuses mainly on M&A transactions, joint venture transactions, real estate extraordinary transactions as well as in the banking, finance and debt restructuring sectors, in relation to which she developed a significant expertise.
