Born in 1964, Ugo Molinari practiced law with the firm Avv. Prof. Mario Casella e Associati, working with Prof. Mario Casella and acquiring extensive expertise in corporate and commercial law with regard to both non-contentious matters (mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings) and litigation as well as national and international arbitration. A partner first with Lombardi e Associati (since 1997) and then with Pedersoli Lombardi e Associati (2001), from 2004 to 2016 he was co-managing partner at Lombardi Molinari e Associati (subsequently, Lombardi Molinari Segni)
As from 2017 he has been chairman of the Firm.
His practice is mainly focused on corporate law.
He has comprehensive experience in mergers and acquisitions of both shareholdings and businesses, leveraged buy-out acquisition finance, joint-ventures, structured finance as well as corporate and debt restructurings. He is also active in real estate transactions. He is also a litigator, involved mainly in corporate and commercial cases.
