Mediass, one of Italy's leading insurance brokers and part of the international Ardonagh Group, has announced the completion of its acquisition of 100% of Aequa Consulting S.r.l., an Italian company specialising in risk management and strategic consulting, and, indirectly, of its subsidiary Eurete S.r.l.
