The negotiated settlement procedure initiated in February 2025 by Officine Metallurgiche G. Cornaglia S.p.A., the operating holding company of one of Italy's leading groups in the automotive industry, has been successfully concluded with the execution of agreements pursuant to Art. 23, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency, aimed at restructuring the group's financial indebtedness.
