Credito Emiliano S.p.A. and Worldline have signed a long-term partnership agreement in the field of digital payment services (merchant acquiring) and point-of-sale (POS) management. The agreement includes the transfer of all Credem's merchant acquiring activities for an initial amount of €95 million (with a price adjustment mechanism in subsequent years based on specific targets), as well as the signing of a long-term commercial agreement, lasting up to 15 years, for the distribution of Worldline’s products and services through Credem's network.
