IMA Italia Assistance S.p.A., an insurance company that is part of the Inter Mutuelles Assistance Group and specializes in the assistance sector, has entered into a long-term strategic partnership with ITAS Mutua. Such agreement also includes ITAS’s entry into the share capital of IMA Italia Assistance.
The deal was carried out through ITAS’s subscription to a 10% capital increase in IMA Italia Assistance and the execution of a strategic agreement that, among other aspects, will define new governance structures for the target company.
