Kryalos SGR S.p.A. — acting as manager of the closed-end alternative real estate investment fund "Virtus" — has sold property of over 6,000 sqm located at Via Flavio Gioia 8, Milan, in the CityLife district.
The asset, previously leased to the Lactalis group, was acquired by Carlo Maresca Real Estate S.r.l., real estate sub-holding of Gruppo Carlo Maresca, with a view to repositioning the building from office to hospitality use.
