A pool of lenders comprising Banco BPM S.p.A., BPER Banca S.p.A., ICCREA Banca S.p.A., Cassa Rurale ed Artigiana di Cantù – Banca di Credito Cooperativo – Società Cooperativa, and UniCredit S.p.A. (the latter also acting as facility agent) has granted a €53 million financing to Lattonedil S.p.A., a Milan-based company active in the manufacturing and marketing of insulated panels, to support, inter alia, the company's growth and expansion plans.
