Andrea Taurozzi has many years of experience in banking and finance law gained at leading domestic and international firms. Co‑leading the Banking & Finance practice with Alessandro Fontana, he advises clients on domestic and cross‑border transactions including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, private equity, distressed M&A, corporate finance, real estate finance, sport finance, refinancing and debt restructuring.
