Panariagroup Industrie Ceramiche S.p.A., the parent company of an international group engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality ceramic surfaces, has successfully concluded the negotiated crisis settlement procedure (composizione negoziata) initiated in 2024. The company reached a shared agreement with its lending banks to overcome its financial distress, formalised through a court-independent certified turnaround plan pursuant to Article 56 of the Italian Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency (CCII). The agreement lays the foundations for rebalancing the Group's financial structure and strengthening its capital base, while supporting its industrial recovery and safeguarding business continuity and employment.
Our firm advised the financial creditors with a team led by partner Ugo Molinari and composed of senior associate Francesca De Stasio and associates Ada Gabriela Lubinu and Elisabetta Taras.
