Platform6, a portfolio company of the French investment fund TRAIL specialising in European investments in the sports, luxury, art and music sectors, has completed the cross-border acquisition of Without Production, one of the world’s leading players in the field of fashion event organisation.
The transaction was financed by Banque Populaire Val de France, BNP Paribas and Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, assisted by our firm through a team led by Daria Davoli, under the supervision of partner Andrea Taurozzi.
