Sys-Dat Group, a company listed on Euronext specialising in ICT solutions for industry, has acquired 25% of the capital of Technis Blu Srl, a company with a strong specialisation in SAP S/4HANA, with a put-and-call option for the remaining 75% exercisable on 31 December 2028.
