The Zanatta family has entered into an agreement with Italmobiliare to repurchase a 9.09% stake in Tecnica Group, Italy’s largest sports group and one of the world’s leading manufacturers of outdoor footwear and ski equipment, through Prime Holding S.p.A., the holding company controlling Tecnica Group and owned by the Zanatta family.
