VGP Italy has recently completed the acquisition from Edilgrisendi S.p.A. and another owner of a site spanning over 100,000 sqm in Reggio Emilia. VGP Italy will oversee the development of the site, which will become the new headquarters of a well-known Reggio Emilia-based group, founded in 1973 and now operating more than 424 independent stores across Italy, specialising in consumer electronics, large and small household appliances, IT and telecommunications.
