Consob authorized the publication of the prospectus for the admission to trading on MTA of Cattolica Assicurazioni’s shares resulting from the reserved capital increase, subscribed by Assicurazioni Generali last October, for a total amount of €300 million. As outcome of the transaction, Generali now holds a stake in Cattolica representing 24.46% of the issuer’s share capital.
